Shipping your order

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 days after payment is received. They are dispatched via our carrier partner with a tracking number, and delivery is made without signature.

Please note that additional charges may apply if you choose a different or specific delivery method.

Delivery Time:
Delivery of the ordered products is typically made within 24 to 72 hours, depending on stock availability. If you have any questions regarding the availability of our products, do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include order preparation, packaging, and delivery charges. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary based on the total weight of the parcel.

We recommend grouping all your items into a single order to optimize shipping costs. It is not possible to combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each.

Important: Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, although we take great care in packaging fragile items.

The box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.


Procedure upon receiving the goods

Upon receipt of your parcel, please systematically check the following:

  1. The packaging – It should be intact.
  2. The contents – Ensure that the items inside match your order.
  3. The condition of the goods – Confirm that the products are in good condition.

After performing these checks, you have two options:

  1. The delivery is compliant:
    Simply date and sign the delivery note to accept the parcel.

  2. The delivery is non-compliant:
    If you find any issues or defects, you must note them on the delivery note given by the carrier.

Instructions for reporting issues

For your claim to be valid, you must clearly specify the nature of the problem or damage on the delivery note. For example:
"Packaging damaged, item broken: broken legs"
Please note that the terms "subject to unpacking" or "after unpacking" cannot be considered valid on the delivery note.


Steps to take in case of non-compliance

  1. Send a registered letter:
    After noticing the damage or defects, you must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within 48 hours, detailing the issues observed.
    A copy of this letter must also be sent to Tonnelle-Pliante.be.

  2. Return the parcel:
    Please return the parcel to the sender’s address, which is indicated on the packaging. If you have difficulty returning it, please contact us directly.

Right to verify

By law, you have 15 minutes in the presence of the carrier to open the parcel and check the condition of the goods. If the carrier refuses to wait, please note it on the delivery note and ask them to sign. No claims will be accepted without this prior step.
